Nokia 5300 gallery problems

I just got the nokia 5300, and it takes ages to load the gallery.

i have nothing in there, no music, nothing!

why would this be? it is a fault in the micro SD?

its a pain, this phone is brand new!!

i took it back that same day, the shop took one look at it and gave me a whole new phone. so its all good now.
