Nokia 5230 Nuron officially announced for T-Mobile

The Nokia 5230 for T-Mobile USA has been officially announced and is T-Mobile's first Nokia handset to come with free turn-by-turn navigation (Ovi Maps 3.0).

Nokia 5230 users will have access to over 180 maps that features maps of the US, Canada and Mexico already preloaded. Other features include: 3G, a 3.2 inches touchscreen display with 360 x 640 pixels, full HTML browser, personal and work e-mail, 3.5mm headset jack, 3.2MP camera and MicroSD card support.

Pricing of the Nokia 5230 Nuron has not been mentioned but it's been rumored that T-Mobile may offer it for around $69.99 on contract. No exact launch date has been set but it's said to be coming within the next several weeks.

Nokia 5230 is enabled with 2G an 3G networks & phone comes with a 3.2 inch TFT screen offering a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels.The device has an integrated 2MP camera which offers a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels.
