nokia 3650 to work in usa

Hiya, could anyone help me.....i got a nokia 3650 its on 02 and i want to send it to a friend in the usa, could you tell me if it would work over there on the cingular network?

I have a 3650 on t-mobile, and it should work on cingular as well. The only thing is it needs to be unlocked so you can use it for cingular. Unlocking it is pretty easy, you can do it for free if you search for a nokia unlock calculator online.

Check your phone whether it is network locked or unlocked by using the following instructions!!
