Nokia 3560 - Voice Commands

I have a Nokia 3560 and I am trying to figure out how to get the voice commands to work. I need to know how to get it to call by coice also. Can someone please help me. I have set up some commands for the recorder, missed calls, etc but I have no clue were to go from there.
