Nokia 3220 Ringer Audio problem!

When I set my ringer to level 5, (the highest level), it is very loud when i am in the tone settings. When someone actually calls though, it becomes very quiet and i cannot hear it. HOW DO I FIX IT? I tried to restore factory settings. I tried to raise other volumes. Nothing works! Oh another thing, how do i raise earpiece volume? Thanks! :rolleyes:
