Nokia 3220 Help

My Nokia 3220 does not turn on but when I plug it into the charger it charges up (although you cannot power it on)

It's not the battery as i have tried it in another phone.

HELP!!
 
If less then 1 yr old take it to where you got it. It should be under warrenty. If you were looking for an upgrade you can put the SIM into another unlocked or similar provider "branded" GSM phone.
