Nokia 3220 case

I have the Nokia 3220 camera phone, the one with the light up rubber grips on the sides. I am looking for a case that only covers the LCD screen leaving the keypad open, and an opening in the back for the camera. Everything I find would require me to pull the phone out of the case to use the keypad without plastic or the camera.

For more competitive prices, I looked on ebay but didn't find any open-keypad cases on (granted I did not look through all of the auctions). These 2 look to be good quality:

Radio shack has a very good one - only covers the LCD screen. The swival is great too because instead of being free swinging it clicks so you can keep it in the same position all the time. The camera hole however is on the oppisite side because it is a 3100 (I think) case. You could simply put a hole at the correct spot. It does fit very well.
