Nokia 3110 problem

I'm having trouble wid a file lock. I instald file lock in my Nokia 3110c. But I cannot access to C nd E. Message pop ups as, "application set not to allowed" then...'java lang error/exception, access denied.' What should I do now?
Opera/8.01 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/3.1.11539/1724; en; U; ssr)
