Hi guys i really need help , my wifes nokia 3100 has what i can best describe as a small headphone symbol in the centre of the screen and we cant get rid of it , more to the point she cant answer incoming calls albeit the phone rings fine , it also sends and recives text messages fine

Please help

Sounds like the phone is breaking down. I think it's time for an upgrade. It is an old phone after all.
