my car does not leak any water but something is making a winey noise. its not the alternator cause i bought a new one and it makes the same sound..the other thing i can think of would be the power steering. the power steering sounds the same when i turn the wheel. when i accelerate in park or in drive it gets louder..also. if i give my car full acceleration on the freeway the BATTERY light goes on, is that over charging?. how can i fix the over charge?
