My neighbours are very noisy, so after 3 years of putting me and my children through hell I decided to report her to the local council, now she may be getting an injunction so she cannot make anymore noise ( she doesn't know about the injunction yet ) The only thing is I have now been told that she wants to exchange with someone I know and are very nice people so now I'm worried that if she gets this injunction to stop the noise she won't be able to move- obviously I prefer her to move but I wonder would she be able to?
Well... the housing patch manager for my area told me if a case was opened against someone then they would be unable to move whilst it was all going on, just wondered if she meant having an injunction aswell?
