i am part of band in the UK and we often practise in my mates garage, could we be arrested if the neighbours decide to complain about the noise or would we just get a warning?
if it is past a certain time at night and in the morning you could in the usa it is 7am to 10pm those are the hours you are aloud to make noise and music.
