Noise coming from belts or belt area on Honda Civic?

Have a 2005 Honda Civic and hear noise coming from belt or belt area when the car is cold. After it warms up the noise goes away. What is the problem? Do I have to take it to a Honda dealer or can I just take it to any automotive mechanic?
 
any auto mechanic will be able to fix whatever the problem is. you probably just need to replace a belt.
