noise comin from my tire 94 honda civic help plz?

ok well i bought a car from this guy and later i heard this noise coming from the tires as i hit the gas pedal it starts to make this clicking sound like its grinding on something but if i put the car in neutral it doesnt make the noise while im driving and if i turn the steering wheel to the left it makes more noise but if i turn it to the right it goes away im thinking its the axles but idk its a 94 civic dx by the way plz help
