Nobody noticed that the Eros' arch in Piccadilly Circus is broken?

It's happen after the 2010 World Cup Final, by a Spanish support that bent the arch for attach his spanish flag.
But after 2 months nobody fixed the problem, and the statue is still broken. I have to think that nobody know????
