Ok I got stopped for no tail lights (I played dumb I knew they were out) and the cop just told me to turn on my hazards and drive home. I have brake lights, but no running lights, the front lights do work. Also, my dash went out, my signals were working off & on, but i think they are dead for good now. I took off a plastic area under steering wheel-can't find fuse box!! stuck my head up in there and nothing! Any help what so ever. Do NOT want to spend more money at mechanic shop if i can do it myself.
