No start condition after getting engine wet.?

1994 toyota celica GT. I replaced the valve cover gasket and wanted to clean the engine up afterwords.
I put engine degreaser on it and hosed in down afterwords. I did this while the engine was running. The engine started sputtering so i pulled the spark plug wires and found water in cylinder 1. I used compressed air and sprayed everything out to remove water. Car started back up, still sputtering. Then she slowley stopped running and died. It was low on gas, so I added gas figuring it was that. Now i have a very weak spark and she wont fire up. Have not checked fuel pressure yet, but pulled the spark plugs and the spark is very weak. I also used a heat gun to dry all electrical connections and plug wires. I replaced the cap and roter thinging i got that wet, and just because it's a good thing to do. I'll be testing several things tomorrow, by following the electrical flow starting at the battery to the ICM, ECU, relays. All fuses are good too.
Anyone know where to go next? or where to start testing?
I replaced the cap and rotor and both were dry. 270,000 plus miles, so good idea to do anyways.
I pulled all the plugs, wires and dried. The car cranks over very strong, so no hydrolock. This condition has never happened and only happened after getting wet. So i'm hoping it's just something got wet and needs to dry.
Gonna pull the coil, thanks.
