No sound coming from my packard bell computer?

just got my computer back from gettin fixed yesterday to discover the sound is no longer working, ive tried the volume control and have gone onto the control panel - sounds and audio devices and everything seems fine. also tried restarting the computer

sounds like you need to reinstall the soundcard driver but you did not tell us what model of packard bell computer so it hard to give you a link to its driver
