No sex drive and mood swings is this from the clomid or could it have actualy worked

and im pregnant? i recently started taking clomid the 5 days i took it for i had the highest sex drive about 3 days after finishing it my sex drive dissapeared just dont want sex at all which is not like me at all normally it all works well and everything my boyfriend does just shits me some times i dont even want him to touch me i love him lots i just get in these little moods is this because off the clomid
