Hi guys,
Went to my dealer since they said that they have an 1198r in stock. When I saw it, man it was gorgeous I love the color scheme and carbon fiber and magnesium is everyhwere. One look and one will immediately know how special the R model is. As I was looking at the bike, I can not find the "Production number" stamp on it. I've seen the 999r and the 748r, I remember it correctly that it has a production number like 235/400 units placed neer the steering damper area. I can't seem to find it on the new 1198r. Although I am not a buyer of the 1198r , I am just curious why it does not have a production number. Is this the new norm for the latest R models?
