89 with inline 6 has no power and does not want to get over about 2000 rpms. Fuel filter changed, fuel pressure in spec, Cat not clogged - pulls 20- in Hg at idle and at 1500 rpms. Suspicious of Engine Coolant Temp Unit at the thermostat. No voltage to sending unit and no reading on gauge. New plugs, wires, rotor and cap.
