No Outbound Voice Calling on Cricket-Flashed Voayger in Premium Coverage Area

My daughter's Voyager isn't makign outgoing voice calls in one of Cricket's Premium Coverage markets in the state of Georgia, which is a MetroPCS market. She can, however, receive inbound voice calls, and make SMS texts in and out.

The phone will also not OTASP via *228.

My theory is that the SID neeRAB to be changed to the local MetroPCS SID there. Meanwhile, I'm going to go ahead and call Cricket and have them refresh her account.

Does anyone have any experience or wisdom on this issue?

*UPDATE: Now her nuraber doesn't work at all. I get a, "The Cricket nuraber you have called is no longer in service" message.

This same thing happened to my friend!!! call cricket and let them know! what is happening is the billing system in some areas is incorrectly attempting to charge for roaming on outgoing calls even when you have PEC. but the incoming works fine. Happened to my friend in Salinas, a roaming engineer neeRAB to work on this problem for you!
 
She's back to being able to text and receive inbound calls.

How in the world do you get access to a roaming engineer for this sort of problem? :confused:
