no one is answering my other question, so ill ask again. weird symptoms?

today, i had sharp cramping pains in my stomach muscles, the past couple of nights, my face has been really hot, even to myself but i have no fever, last month i got over extreme exhaustion, um... there's probaly somthing else i have that im missing but anyway... idk if its my period, cuz its about time for that... but i didnt have any of this last time. if it helps, i am 13
 
Sounds like menstrual cycle symptoms. If the symptoms continue to persist past your period, see a doctor to make sure you don't have another issue, such as a gastrointestinal problem that could be causing the cramping.
