No Noise from car speakers.?

I just recently bought a kenwood 2 channel 300w amp (KAC-608s) to power 4 pioneer tweeters (TS-110). I installed everything and when i turn it on I get a humming noise from the tweeters. I thought it was the ground wire so i moved the ground wire to a different location and it fixed the humming noise some but not all the way. ALSO besides the humming noise there is no noise at all there is no voice nothing just a consistant hum and doesn't increase or decrease with volume and is on wether the car is on or off.

Installed into a ford f150 if that matters at all
