no money need car fixed ?

Okay my fiancee just got out of the hospital and missed work for 43 days and a month before that my son was in the hospital so needless to say we ran out of savings. Well we hit a deer the other night and we only had liability coverage on the vehicle. And well having to rent a car every week is getting really expensive and i cant afford the repairs at the moment and i don't know any one that has an extra vehicle that they can let me barrow. So i guess what i'm trying to figure out is if any one know a way to get a grant or something like that to help me get my car fixed because i know i can't get a loan my credit sux to bad.
 
Try a local charity. They're always asking people to donate cars for the tax break, so I'd bet they've got a few. Also, you might be able to find a really cheap beater car out there (in the <$500 range) and save on the rental. I know guys who travel for work and stay in one place for only a few months, and a lot of them just buy a cheap car and sell it or ditch it when they leave rather than pay for a rental.

Check with the high schools and any other auto Vo-Tech schools in your area. Tell them your story , and more often than not, They will accept your car into their shop as a project car for the students.They do a good job because everything is supervised closely by the instructors. You'll most likely have to pay for any parts they need, but you'll save a fortune on labor. You may even get lucky and have them write off the expense and do the whole job for free--------good luck !

Sorry to hear about your problems... Can't help ya if ya don't tell us how bad is the car and what is wrong?? Other than hitting the deer how bad did it damage it?
I'd be checking the EL-Cheepo's car lots until you can get back on your feet. There is those title loan places.

You could ask at your local church if they could help or if they know an organization that could help.
