Is it safe ? I ride a Track Bike that I used to only ride at the track, got bored of it and wanted to ride on the streets, switched up the chain ring from a 59t Chainring to a 48t Chainring, I also swapped up my rear COG from a 10 to a 15. I'm not a big fan on riding the streets, hardly ever done it. I'm not sure if I should get a road bike. Is it safe to ride at night on the streets without any lights ?
