No Kick in Yamaha FZ 16. Is it going to be a Disadvantage in the Long run ?

Hi All,
I am planning to buy a new Yamaha FZ 16. I would like to have your opinion on the missing Kick Start feature in the Bike. The Bike only has a Self Start Option and it seems to me that in long run and in excessive cold temperature this might prove to be an issue. please suggest more on this.
Also i will be going to take a test ride for the 2010 Pulsar 150 CC. Would like to have your reviews on that too.
 
Almost all the bikes in the U.S. that are street bikes dont have a kicker anymore, Its not going to be an issue. Cold weather starting should be a lot easier with an electric starter anyway. I wouldnt want to sit there and kick my bike in the cold!
