completely, any SOLUTION? Happened First time was late and was in hurray small scratch(was told could cost around $400) on the other car, insurance expired 2months ago, imma student doing ma masters, no job and no money, recently moved , california, exchanged personal details.... got laid off long back so couldnt pay insurance im broke now, what could happen plzz help
