no idea need help ?

yesterday out of nowhere i had a nosebleed and was dizzy...............have never had one in my life

today my head was soooooooooooo lightheaded it felt like it was floating
and my throat and whole head is tingling

ive been very tired for the past couple of weeks

can anyone off any ideas at all so i know what types of things to ask for when i go to the doctor

anything at all any ideas please thank u
 
Hi there, I am sorry to hear about this! I would suggest writing down all of your symptoms for your doctor visit, that way you don't forget to mention one of them. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like on specific kind of illness, but it could be allergy related... or not. I have also had random nosebleeds, but not often at all... and usually they are related to dryness in my nose for me. Your doctor can take a look at your nose and throat and see if anything looks unusual. Do you happen to have a fever at all? There are some illnesses, like mono, that can sometimes just make you feel very tired and not necessary sick. If your doctor isn't able to find anything, they will probably want to do a routine blood test to rule out anything that would show up there and would cause the dizziness feeling. Good luck!!
