My heat went out on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently. I took it into diagnostics at the dealership, and they said it was the Blend Doors. I cut into the dash board and discovered that the air is not hot before it even reaches the blend doors.
Could it be anything other than the Heater Core? Why wouldn't this problem be picked up in diagnostics? Any help is appreciated.
