i know someone who was put in jail for sexual abuse even though it did not take place. the fifteen year old girl said her father malested her when she was 6. there was no evidence that this event occured. the daughter was also reciving phyciatrical help for other reasons. she is emo and suicidal. the mother put in the papers. then 2 days later let her children go to the fathers house. he was originaly givin 87 years but has been lowered to 16. he will not recive another court hearing for 3-6 years. this man did not comit the crime and unless he proves he did not do it he is going to be in jail. he did not comit the crime! they not only dont have any proff but the child is reciving mental help. and if this is not legal then how do i stop this?!
no evidence but in jail is it leagal?!?
