I was charged with shoplifting, and of the time I don't know what happened and my blood sugar was checked at the time and it was really low. I know that they grabbed me so obviously I had to be the person, but I don't really conciously know that I did it. So I want to ask for a dispersion, but I don't know when I should ask for it (before court to who?). Then I was doing some research and saw that I'd have to claim if I was guilty, not guilty or no lo contendre. Is it dumb for me to say no contendre?
