No contest? Alcohol MIP. How to plead?

I got an MIP a couple weeks back. For alcohol. Ironically i wasn't drinking and when I did the blow test I got .00.
I plan to plead No Contest. Avoid 2k for a diversion and 500 for a lawyer.
How do you plead No Contest? Should I plead No Contest, guilty, or not guilty?
