I had a minor RTA with a neighbour. It was my fault but I'm not admitting that. I was overtaking him on a narrow country road and didn't get past him without making contact. Anyway I want my car fixed and compo for whiplash. It turns out his insurance had lapsed. Do I go through my own insurance? Do I go through the MIB? or can I take a Civil Bill against him and take him to court which would possibly be more fun??? Thanks for help!
