no brake pressure in my 1997 jeep cherokee sport.?

i just changed the brake pads, roters, and calipers in my 1997 jeep cherokee sport. no i have no brake pressure and i know the brakes are on right. what do i do. when ever i step on the brakes it goes right to the floor before it just barley grabs.
how do i bleed the air out?
