No bluetooth isnt loud enough! What gives for the new CA law then?

Im hard of hearing and find it very difficult for me to find a decent bluetooth loud enought for me to hear. I can hear very well with my new cellphone but not with a bluetooth piece. Anyone out there knows a VERY LOUD and clear bluetooth good enough?
