My boyfriend bought a dirt bike for around 1100 last summer in scappoose, OR and we live in WA. We want to get a washington title for it but need to get the oregon title first.... everything I have read says that we need to have a bill of sale in order to get the OR title.... only problem is we have moved twice since then and the bill of sale has gone MIA..... we don't have the guys contact info anymore at all... I even went through all my bf's old emails looking for emails of the transaction to contact him by.... is there anyway to get a title in OR without a bill of sale? or if not, is there anyway that we could get the dmv to give us his contact info.... something.... anything? Please and thank you.
