Ok, so this is very technical.
I work at a business where we have an order desk. When this order desk gets a call on its line, both phones for both employees ring. The function key on their phones light up and ring for that line, and the function for that key is set to ICM 760
Now, I want to add a third phone that will ring too, so I picked a function key and assigned it as ICM 760, but when a call comes through it doesn't blink nor ring. Now I can set my phone to ICM 301 and my button lights up when there is a call coming through to the order desk, but the phone doesn't ring.
I don't have any idea what to do, this phone system was here before I was hired and there isn't any documentation.
