Nissan X-trial, Honda CR-V or Toyota Rav-4 ?

I wanna spend about 10-12k on a small SUV. Looking at the previous generation 2001-2006 model. Which one do u think better? I know Nissan has more power and has hidden spare tyre. While Honda only engage rear wheels if front wheel start to spin. Is Nissan and Toyota the same not full time 4WD? Which one do u think better? Do they have traction and cruise control? Etc etc
