Nintendo accidently charged me 5 bucks for a new Wii

I had a faulty console and they shipped me a new one. They apologized and sent me a free Zelda players guide. I have never in my life dealt with customer service so good. They also gave me free overnight shipping on my Wii because of Thanksgiving to make sure I would get it this week.
 
Its going to be hard not to open the book when I get frustrated. My parents got me OOT and the players guide when they came out and that book was calling my name. I had to open it a few times.
 
it's called advance replacement. they charged me $5 to send me out a new ds lite when the R button stopped working on mine. the catch is that you have to send back the faulty unit within 21 days or they will charge retail price to your credit card

at this point, it's just an easy way to get another console

nintendo service is the best. i've had to send my ds in 2 times now (second time the hinge cracked). they customer service reps are really nice and answered all my questions, and i had a list of them.
