Hey everyone,
Does anyone notice their acne flaring up at night more than in the morning or during the day?
I notice that after about seven or eight at night, my acne flares and looks alot worse than it did just hours before. I think this could have something to do with everything that I have eaten for the day sort of "purging" and showing up on my skin. I am curious to know if anyone else notices this. When I notice this, I immediately take two benadryl and two aspirin to help bring down the swelling, but i usually just put my topical on and go to sleep.
