Nickel sensitivity

Is your skin problem worse on the left side of your face? Are you sensitive to inexpensive jewelry? Did you recently change cell phones? My daughter could have said "Yes" to all of the above and 3 doctors (one was a dermatologist) did not know to ask. I saw a segment on CBS This Morning about this and ordered a nickel testing kit ($15.00) online. After getting a positive on her cell phone keypad, we got her a new phone. Results were immediate. After several hundred dollars worth of doctor bills, prescribed creams, and antibiotics and months of self-consciousness, the problem was finally solved. If this helps even one person, it will have been worth my time to register and post.

Wow, My daughter is very highly allergic to nickel. We had hard time with ear rings, rings, any kind of jewlery. She does have acne bad so I will be on the look out for that. Thanks for the info.
