I would like to get a gift certificate for a friend of mine (approximately 60) yrs old) to a nice restaurant. She is getting married. I would like the price range for dinner to be around $100 to $150 (with drinks, entrees and appetizers) for two. She has very nice/expensive taste. I am thinking along the lines of Mortons or Ruth's Chris- but I would prefer NOT to do a chain. Can anyone recommend some good restaurants in the St. Pete area? (She lives on the south side of the city, if you could recommend something in her area that would be even better.
