Hi, olddog66.
I don't really know about my gait as I've never been assessed on it. I was told by my physiotherapists that I had good posture but I don't honestly know if they actually were assessing my gait.
I have been told the doctors think it could be some sort of early arthritis so I am now having tests after being ignored by my doctors for 3 years and maybe longer. As you probably read in one of my posts, I had to convince them I actually had something more than what they said it was and I was right. Patients know more than doctors as, after all it's their body.
I have some thought on it, though hopefully not, being Ankylosing Spondylitis as this condition and a few other types similar seem to be very close in matching my symptoms.
I now also have a bladder problem which I have now, after three years of being told that I had nothing serious, been told is probably related to my damaged spine which I am certainly very mad about as these doctors I saw said that it wouldn't effect my bladder and when I went and told the two physiotherapists and my doctors they brushed it off again as if I hadn't told them.
To begin with, before I started to have these bladder problems of frequency/urge I had nurab areas on the pubic bone area and then after that was when I started to have this problem but not as bad to begin with then it got gradually worse until it was constant.
Is it possible to get bladder problems when an MRI scan of my lurabar region doesn't show a trapped/compressed nerve? I thought that the nerve usually was something that, if trapped/compressed, it would then cause bladder problems but mine, according to MRI isn't.
I have been told by my Neurosurgeon that it could be higher up than lurabar in my spine - Thoracic or Cervical. He's going to organise more scans of the higher up areas, not sure when though.
Sorry for my long post, just had a few more questions that doctors, unfortunately don't seem to be able to answer.
Thanks for your help/advice, olddog66.
