NHL on TSNHD PQ Issues

I've been watching some of tonight's Canadiens/Leafs game, waiting for the Ducks/Canucks, but I'm wondering if anyone else is noticing bad pixelation/artifacts in the picture on TSNHD. This is most noticeable on any movement. Especially noticeable on the open areas of the ice when no players are around. I assume this is due to the compression and 'HD Lite' signal that we are getting right now, but I just want to confirm that others are seeing this and I don't have a tv issue. I assume it isn't the tv because when I see this and pause the PVR, it is still in the none moving image.
 
TSN HD is on transponder 16 of Nimiq 2 and shares the bandwidth with TMN HD and Movie Central 1 HD. At least TSN is included in regular packages; TMN and Movie Central subscribers pay an additional $16 or $19/mth for the privilege of extra compression.

By any chance did you compare to TSN in SD for the same artifacts? Transponder 24 of Nimiq 1 is also fairly full with 8 or more SD channels and some radio and PPV.
 
TSN SD was not showing as bad of artifacts as the HD channel. There were some there, but the HD channel was horrible. I've moved to my SDTV now because the HD channel was so bad. I've noticed the same artifacts/noise or as some have called it, streaking, during NHL Centre Ice HD broadcasts, but then I don't see what I see on the HD broadcasts on the SD games. I do take it this is the compression?
