There seems to be a "glitch" has thy call it in the system that deletes the sports package from the account when client goes on line to add themes or channels...
When this happen all the agent has to do is to add them again to the account...
When the agent adds again to the account it creates an invoice for it...
Since EV is far from beiong pro-active in that type of matters there is no way, other than leaving a note on the account for the agent to prevent that.
The client then has to call the following month to complain that he was billed again for a package that he already paid, then the agent could then request a credit, which would take 3-6 weeks to be reflected on the bill.
I the meantime if he didn't paid the part of the sports package he's been billed for he would get late fee., then a 25$ administration fee when it would be considered 60 days late. It would how as a bad mark on his credit record
I had a few cases like those when I was an agent... I wanted to prevent the client from being charged again for the package. I asked what I could do about it and was told that there is nothing I could do, system should see that he already paid the package, and if the system still charges the client he would certainly call and complain about it. I kept the number of the client a few times, to go verify after the next bill and in a few cases the client was charged.

Next time you want to add a theme pack call in...the agent will be glad to add it for you, as part of is/her bonus depends on the sales!
