Nexus One or Xperia X10?

im debating between the nexus one and the Xperia and i want to get settled. assuming that the Xperia gets multitouch in a future upgrade (which is confirmed not to be a a hardware issue) and both run android 2.1 (which also is confirmed for summer 2010) which phone should i get and why
