Nexus One or HTC Desire??? Advise please.?

I have an X10 but getting bored of 1.6 and don't wanna root because unofficial and I'm not a tech guy. So I was considering buying a new Android phone such as the nexus one or the HTC desire. The nexus one because 1 it has a search button (voice actions), 2 it gets updates first, 3 because it is the Official Google Phone and its good looking but is very expensive(eBay). The HTC desire because 1 it has a search button (not as nice as n1), 2 has 2.2 Froyo, 3 its cheaper (eBay). Please if u understand what I am talking about then reply
