nextel service in westchester county, ny

I'm thinking about getting a nextel in Oct. when my contract with verizon is up (VERIZON SUCKS) and i was wondering there is good service in westchester county, NY????

i live in mamaroneck which is southern westchester, i get pretty good service here its better in some places and worse in others.

I wonder how it is in Rockland, which is where I am from right across the river. I am also making the swtich from verizon due to business.

my brother who works in rockland gets excelent service in rockland.

I used my phone in rockland and it wasent bad, although my cingular phone worked better
