I think they are waiting because they bought a ton of i860 phones and have to get rid of them before they release the i930.

Speakin' of the i930 - anyne got word on a i960?

The reps at the sales offices won't know the date of release until probably about a week before it comes ... Billing or customer service reps won't know it's availabe until a couple days after the sales office starts selling them ... at this point there isn't anyone that will be able to give a specific date, I'm realistically hoping for the end of the first quarter.

and this might be wishfull thinking, I would plan for mid to later Q2. I think I might end up with the new Blackberry 7520. i am tired of waiting for the i930.

The i930 and i900 has already been released in europe. If you had half a brain or any connections you would know. They work and have gsm. If you want a i930 DONT SPEND 500! They are 300 in europe. Find a dealer and because the phones are gsm they work with multiple carriers. There are a lot of people who have them and who are selling under the rug and other things but they ARE out in europe. If you want extra info email me at [email protected]. And no i dont have any for sale or presale and I am not a dealer the closest thing i cud do is foward the money but instead I will refer you to european nextel dealerships. See ya later. - Josh

Josh,

You don't need to be an "Ass" to post here. Calling people a "Tard" is inappropriate.

If you are so smart, then why didn't you include substancial evidence like direct links?

according to my "connections" the i930 as designed by Motorola for Nextel will support iDen only and not GSM, it has not nor will not be released by Nextel Worldwide for use in Europe, but should be able to be used in some areas of South America that have iDen compatible networks

I would also like to see jbservers' "half a brain" come up with one reputible and official link (in any language) to show otherwise

P.S. "Could" is an inflected form of "can" - a verb ... "Cud" is food that you have regurgitated for the purpose to chewing it up (in case your half a brain forgot to chew it the first time)

Hey 'Ifpnk0',

Great detective work! Excellent point about his lack of grammar.

I however was able to pull up the JBServers.com website - pretty slick looking web hosting site - but, I doubt Josh works there!

when I went to it, the "order now" button was just a .jpg with no link, and the links accross the top went to nowhere ... (?) Also if this is a real page for a real company, they might want to run spell checker before putting up any more pages.
